RCMP seize drugs

Drugs and cigarettes recently seized by the RCMP in the Corner Brook area.

On October 23, 2012, RCMP and RNC Joint Forces Unit, arrested a 48 year old male on the TCH near Pasadena, NL. in possession of 2.5 pounds of Cannabis Marihuana, 10 tablets of methamphetamine, 450 cartons of contraband cigarettes, and 2 cartons of cigars. The male subject faces charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Excise Act and the Revenue Administration Act. The male was released to appear in Court on January 15, 2013 in the city of Corner Brook, NL.
